Confirmed theaters (Updated 3/20)
Theaters in green have links for tickets directly or through Fandango if you click on ‘em! Theaters in orange have confirmed dates later! And finally, theaters in grey played the movie earlier and are no longer screening (though we may come back to those cities!)
How this works
We’re handling our theatrical release ourselves in conjunction with independent theaters and theater chains around the country. What does that mean? Our tiny team is literally emailing and calling movie theaters ourselves, in an old school roadshow-style method. This is a non-standard way of doing things, so join our email list, follow our social media, and keep checking back as theaters continue to be added up to March 7th and beyond. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes!
Wanna help?
If you want to see the film, the BEST way to help is to let us know about independent theaters near you! You can also email us at contact@rocketjump.com!
If you contact your favorite indie theater (whether by phone, email, or tagging them on social media), that’s a huge bonus. That way, they know that Actual People In Their Area are interested in We’re All Gonna Die, which increases their odds of programming the film. We’ve had great conversations with theaters because audience members like you have reached out and indicated their interest, so we’ve seen how big a difference this can make!
Here’s a handy checklist to help determine if your local theater might be suitable!
They are an independent theater! Large chains like AMC and Regal don’t have the kind of programming flexibility we need for an indie movie like ours to get screen space, but there are smaller chains that work.
The more screens the better! We’ve concluded that we do better with single screens, limited run situations, so single screen independent theaters are also candidates now (it just means our movie yields to their existing schedule).
Finally, if you see a showtime at a theater near you, please, please pre-order tickets when links become available (links are there for green markers on the map above)
This lets theater owners know folks are committed to seeing the film, which helps us add shows and extend our theatrical run. Massively helpful! We’re All Gonna Die is a true indie operation and we have gotten this far because of the incredible support of fans and cinephiles like you. Thanks in advance for helping us get this movie into more theaters and for joining us in the theatrical experience. See you at the movies!

Synopsis
In the near future, a towering alien "spike" materializes in Earth's atmosphere, wreaking havoc.
Years later, it's still around.
A struggling beekeeper is forced to team up with an emotionally raw EMT on a roadtrip to retrieve her bees (and his car) after their stuff is suddenly teleported across the country by the alien spike.
